Established in 1993, MLM Packaging Sdn Bhd has quietly grown over three decades. With a strong foundation and recent momentum, we achieved revenue growth of 20% in 2023 and 30% in 2024. Committed to ambitious targets, we aim for another 30% growth in revenue over the next three fiscal years (2025-2027). To help us achieve these goals, we are seeking suitable candidates for Sales Support position.

Job Scope:
1. Collaborate closely with senior CS staff and Sales Team to identify retention and upselling opportunities for existing clients.
2.Conduct market research to identify potential clients or market opportunities for sales team.
3. Assist in cold-calling or emailing potential leads for sales team.
4. Collecting and compiling information on inactive corporate clients for sales team to reactivate these accounts.
5. Coordinate and process purchase orders, invoices & delivery.
6. Manage inventory and organization of completed bag samples for presentation to walk-in customers & provide the sales team with necessary materials and resources for presentations
7. ⁠Compiling all the requirements as stated in management procedure for FSC standard for Chain of Custody Certification
8. ⁠Participation & provide support to the sales team during trade exhibitions.
9.Assist in resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring satisfaction levels meet company standards.
10.Contribute to cross-departmental communication with Graphic, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:
– Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
– Fresh graduate or minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Age Requirement: 21 to 30 years old
Salary Range: RM 2,200 to RM 3,200
